Meet Zena Hewett
With over 20 years of experience in osteopathy, Zena Hewett is dedicated to helping her patients live healthier, more confident lives. Her journey into osteopathy began with her own transformative experience. After receiving osteopathic care that changed her quality of life, Zena was inspired to pursue a career dedicated to helping others feel their best.
Zena earned her five-year honours degree from the College of Osteopaths (London) and Middlesex University, achieving distinctions in her clinical exams. Her commitment to excellence didn’t stop there. She has continued to expand her knowledge and skills through advanced training in Classical Osteopathy and Western Medical Acupuncture. This combination allows Zena to provide holistic, personalised treatments that address the root causes of discomfort, not just the symptoms.
Passionate about supporting all stages of life, Zena is also a qualified Infant Feeding Coach. She works closely with new parents, offering guidance and support to help them navigate challenges with their little ones. Her empathetic approach and focus on individual needs make every session with Zena a collaborative and comfortable experience.
Outside of the clinic, Zena finds joy in the simple pleasures of life. She enjoys gardening, cycling and exploring the New Forest and working on creative home projects and renovations.
